New Dawn Initiative collaborates with Government approved training providers, government establishments such as Local Government Councils and other governmental organisations to deliver its services.
We offer a range of friendly supported living services for tenants with mild or medium challenges with resources and opportunities that enables them to maximize their strengths by helping them to live in a safe, motivating, and progressive environment. The support we provide is based on assessment given by the Local Government.
All of our services are supported by a multi-disciplinary team of experienced and committed professionals, fully trained to an exceptionally high standard in supported services as well as health & safety, challenging behaviour, safeguarding and all the mandatory required training.
Stimulation and encouragement are vital aspects of our care. By actively encouraging everyone to participate in a variety of activities, training, job opportunities, often within the local community, we will ensure that tenants develop well, experience less frustration and are able to lead contented, fulfilling lives.

Range of social and leisure activities available include amongst others:
- Gardening
- Table tennis
- Indoor games
- Library services- reading
- Swimming
- Painting
- Drawing
- Listening to music
- Watching television etc
- LIDO leisure centre in Charlton- swimming
- Cutty Sark in Greenwich
- Museum visits- National Maritime/Royal Museums
- Woolwich Leisure Centre
These activities are designed in a format that is accessible to our tenant’s needs and they are open to all. However, we may not always be able to provide support for a specific activity in some cases, but we welcome family members/carers to support their loved ones to participate in organising activities wherever possible.
Activities are scheduled to accommodate the available time a tenant can participate without affecting other aspects of their daily lives.
All our staff are trained above the minimum standards and undergo Enhanced DBS Checks.
Most of our clients are from government local authorities. We also provide services for private individuals.
